| The DSP, after considering wars in the the technological age, and the follies made by several losing and winning countries in regards to the location of military forces, believes that Sekowo's military assets should be strategically places. Therefore we propose that the Sekowan military vehicles (fighter jets, tanks etc.) be split up equally among the Exarchy's, with the exclusion of naval craft which would be split three ways between the coastal Exarchy's and that all weapons (guns, mortars, cruise missiles etc.) be split equally among the five Exarchy's. |

| Message | In the case of war the military leaders would be allowed to choose the resources, but during peace times it is strategically safer for our resources to be equally distributed throughout the Exarchy's so that we can atleast hold out anywhere in the country while the reinforcements move-in. |
