As per Our Founding Fathers, individual schools need to set their own standards of discipline. Problem children that cannot be disciplined using conventional methods, come to exhibit deviant and criminal behavior as adults. To reduce crime, deviancy, and general knavery, it is recommended that we allow schools to set their own standards of discipline. |
