Message | My party is against all of these proposals. All of what we have in place now is far better than what it would be changed to. The government has an important role in ecology, and to take it out would be to give up on our world. |
Date | 08:25:12, August 09, 2007 CET | From | Judicial Union Party | To | Debating the Ecology Reforms |
Message | We support arts 1 and 5. We would support art 2 if they government provided non-mandatory facilities, and art 3 for the regulation to be left to local authorities. It is important to offer our citizens the ability to make a choice on these matters, without being coercive about it. |
Date | 18:50:55, August 10, 2007 CET | From | Revolutionary Socialist Workers Party | To | Debating the Ecology Reforms |
Message | no...big corporations will have no reason to spend money on the proper disposal of garbage, recycling etc. We need the government to keep industry honest. |
Date | 05:04:52, August 11, 2007 CET | From | Libertarian Party of Tukarali | To | Debating the Ecology Reforms |
Message | The government should not be given power just to provide a sense of ecological safety. History will show that when you give government more power, you don't get safety, you get tyranny. |
