MessageWhy do you believe that local governments are best equipped to regulate pre-schools and secondary education, when in the previous bill you advocate nationalization of the primary school system?

MessageWe believe that the former system is much better.

Why would a local government in a town of 500 people be well equipped to run either Universities or Pre-Schools?

Well, in my previous bill, I was NOT really advocating a "nationalization" of the school system, per say, but ONLY to the extent that once the schools are "nationalized," the Federal Government would PRIVATIZE them.

The Federal Gov't is WAY too busy to "babysit" toddlers, if you will.
