I write this bill with intent to give Coruba the sort of pride it deserves, as one of the most eminent nations in existance. Through pride, we will soon find ourselves on top and finding that we are the centrepiece of world relations and the prime example of a successful state. |

Old value:: The nation shall never purchase, produce, or store biological or chemical weaponry, for military purposes. Research and development of the technology is permitted.
Current: The nation shall never develop, purchase or store biological or chemical weaponry.
Proposed: The nation reserves the right to develop, construct and store biological and chemical weapons.
Article 2

Old value:: There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service.
Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term in the military.
Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option.

Message | Perhaps Article II is indeed extreme, and will likely be removed. Article 5 however, makes the most sense. The youth must enhance the state in order to be considered responsible and contributing adult citizens, and Article 5 ensures this happens. Articles 3 and 4 are required to protect our population. While I am sympathetic to the plight of non-Coruban citizens, we must ensure that we do not take their side of that of our own people. |
