Bill: Further De-Juntafication

Details

Submitted by[?]: Vonkajšíci

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 2442

Description[?]:

In the next step of de-Juntafying our government, the Army shall hand over control of most of the executive branches to those most capable of running them.

HoG, Foreign Affairs and Defence will stay under control of the military until the next step of de-Juntification and Matyushenko's stepping down. Head of Government and Defence will most likely go to the Fascist Union, and the Foreign Ministry to the Socialists.

Trade, Industry, Food and Agriculture shall be under control of the Deltarian Business Commission, in deference to their... uh, professional contacts in such areas.

Finance, Infrastructure and Transport shall go to the Whig-Liberation Group, in deference of their economic ideals and the unsurpassed education of their members.

Education, Culture, Science and Technology to the Legion of St. George, to ensure a strong Church presence in those matters.

Health, Social Services, Environment and Tourism will remain empty, as their funding is currently zero.

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost.

Random quote: "We live in a world in which politics has replaced philosophy." - Martin L. Gross
