Bill: Freedom of Movement Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Neo-Epicurean Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2442

Description[?]:

While areas in a state of emergency may find it necessary to impose a temporary curfew, we believe that the current law could allow communities to arbitrarily restrict the right of citizens to freely move about. In ordinary times, there is no reason to forbid law-abiding citizens from going where they will at any time.
