Bill: Waste Disposal Reform
Details
Submitted by[?]: Deltarsky Fazisticka Zvaz
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2442
Description[?]:
Our Vodca is concerned with the level of garbage filling our streets. It induces disease, and provides a source of nourishment to the local gypsies. If the Government takes up responsibility, he believes that many of the unemployed will find a work, and that their work will be a high level of job satisfaction with it. We need to remove this garbage, and relocate it to more acceptable dumping grounds - such as Synagogues, Protestant Churches and illegal gathering spots for Gays and Lesbians. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Waste disposal responsibility.
Old value:: Waste disposal is left entirely to the private sector and is unregulated.
Current: It is the responsibility of local governments to decide on waste disposal regulation.
Proposed: The government is responsible for waste disposal.
