Bill: Bill: Counter-proposal for State-Regulated Prostitution
Details
Submitted by[?]: Fascist Authoritarianism Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2442
Description[?]:
This bill is a counter-bill to the anti-prostitution bill. If we regulated it and controlled it via the state, we could keep diseases in check and keep the national economy stable. This would do nothing but good for the nation, economy and people. Only those who would wish to sell themselves would buy into the prostitution licensing, and we could institute a mandatory disease check monthly. We must nip this in the bud before there is a widespread AIDs or other STD outbreak. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The right for a person to prostitute himself or herself.
Old value:: Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession.
Current: Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession.
Proposed: There is a state monopoly on prostitution.

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining. |
