| Message | Yes, we did. Recently, our party congress decided to clarify our stand on the role of the state in society. The outcome of that debate differs from our voting behaviour. The VBD believes that the state has to provide basic services to our people. Not everything can- nor should be- left entirely to the private sector. This does mean that we still favour free market policies but only to a certain extend. |
