Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: July 2443
Description[?]:
The CMP believe that in order to have fairer industrial and commercial sectors, we need to give private companies a chance to shine and to give greater freedom to them. As such, we have created the following bill. Article 1: We feel that we should leave the private sector to manage agriculture, but keep vital crops produced on state owned farms. This will give farmers the freedom to do what they wish, as well as making sure that we always have a basic food supply available. Article 2: Trade union members must be forced to hold a ballot before striking, otherwise a minority could decide that they are going to strike, and disrupt things needlessly. Article 3: The government should be able to seize private property for both governmental and corporate use. If the government doesn't need it, perhaps a company doing good for the country and it's people does. Article 4: Gambling produces a huge revenue for our nation. As such we feel it should be legal everywhere, and completely unregulated. Regulation only stifles growth. Article 5: Private companies already own other services in the country and are doing extremely well. It is time we gave them the chance to run our country's TOC's. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
