Message | CCU completely opposes this bill. The private sector can handle the postal industry, we need not nationalize the industry nor ban innovation and entrepreneurship in the free market. |

Message | A one National United Postal system will ensure that every town and municipality is serviced. Every citizen deserves to be a part of the basic communication network, no matter what remote location is his place of residence. The current system of private mail carriers neglect the lonely souls living in the vast wilderness, miles away from the nearest road. Must he be a victim of ruthless private competition? The CUF says no! It is time we put an end to these vagabond criminals delivering mail for profit. Their actions were illegal in Our Founding Fathers' times and they should be illegal now. Also from an economic standpoint a mail monopoly promises to increase revenues substancially. |

Message | We feel that there is no need to ban private postal services, however, this is a good idea, if we keep in mind that we should not maintain a solely free market, but, competition between the state and the private market. It is essential, no, vital that we learn the importance of competition, it is only with competition that we may maintain progress and become a Greater Nation, like our Founding Fathers must have invisioned |
