Bill: Introduction of Civil Defense

Details

Submitted by[?]: Democratic Socialist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 2095

Description[?]:

The top priority for any government is to protect its citizens, without them there is no-one to rule. We suggest that local authorities are made responcible for protecting their citizens in the tragic event of nuclear war. Though the people of Trigunia oppose such weapons, and we have laws to reflect this, it would be foolish and irresponcible to think that all nations were the same in this regard, and we must prepare for the worst possiblities.
