| Message | Article 1 will make the number of mishaps during cloning rise. Since these mishaps may have possible superpowered side-effects, the government should not regulate cloning. Article 2 makes sure that no software can be fully owned by a private sector. This drastically decreases the chance of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Hulkbuster blueprints leaking into the public, among other things. Article 3 is proposed so that we can dump various materials into the drinking water to experiment on the population. |
