| II finds the current bill downright bizar, it benefits farmers who grow the 'right' crops. This without taking into account whatever poluting activities may come to order after the harvesting, we therefore propose the following reform. |

Old value:: Agricultural crops which are considered beneficial to the enviroment or to the continued ecological safety of the state are subsidized.
Current: The government subsidises agriculture based on market demand for the crop being grown.
Proposed: The government subsidises the operations of low-income farming families.

| Message | We are somewhat baffled at II's arguments. What crops are grown can greatly affect the soil quality and the environmental quality. Therefore, the government clearly has an ecological interest in encouraging certain crops. |
