MessageIf we are going to send regulars, there wasn't much need to aid the movement of volunteers to Mordusia. However we shall support.

MessageActually, to formally commit soldiers, will that not require a declaration of war against Gaduridos? What happens if Jelbanian regulars come up against Gaduridos soldiers, will they not fight, as we are not at war with Gaduridos?

MessageNo there is no need for a declaration of war. The bill implies that we help Mordusia against the war with Gadurios. Also a Act of Condemnation has passed, so it is clear we will fight against Gadurios.
Besides, soldiers have to obey the civilian government. If the civilian government says they have to fight against Gaudi soldiers, they will. But thanks for your support.

MessageRight.

Another point, currently Aldegar is fighting against Mordusia, although they may withdraw. However we have a non-aggression pact with Aldegar http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=617 , how will this be affected?

MessageLet's consider that peace is of the essence, however, taking knowledge that the Gaduridos Communist Central Party is still alive and violating what we believe to the a spirit of benevolence and political correctness, they must be crushed, I propose that we send 40% of our troops calculated via the Rildanor Accords.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".
