Message | We've noticed how much bills the Moderate Party has been putting on debate on the last months and we would like to congratulate them for their hard work. But we would like to ask for a little more time between the bills to assure that they will have the proper debate before being put to vote. Besides that we will say what we think about this bill. Article 1: The smoking places should be up to building's owner discretion, this way we will assure that both smokers and non-smokers will have the right to behave as they seem fit. It's not too much to remind you that in our nation we try to give to the people the same rights, what they do with them it's nothing more than their choice. So, we will position against this article if put to vote. Article 2: The common citizens will only get benefits from this as well as those who can afford a private clinic. We agree with this article as long as the taxes remain the same. Article 3: I only see one problem with this: taxes. I would like to hear the Ministry of Economy first. |

Message | We appreciate the comments given however the Moderate party feels that Removing peoples right to smoke in Public indoor places does positively affect the health of the working population and does not entireley remove peoples right to smoke at all. With that in mind research proves the detrimental effects of smoking on health and that as a country it would be best to cut down without removing their rights entireley and maybe this legislation can help achieve that. Message | Article 1 is acceptable; however, articles 2 and 3 are not. We should make attempts to reduce government expenditures. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
