MessageI am only opposed to Article 3 - that change makes no sense as long as the monarchy is still established, you are simply changing the title of the monarch.

And to some degree Article 4.

MessageThe deform proposal similar to this is much better, we think. We aere likely to suppor that one over this, and the two are incompatible as they affect the same things.

We believe the old quota of 12 proposals per year was really too much, but NPP's 1, is far too little.
