| Message | OOC: It means affirmative action. As the law stands now, there are no regulations on hiring policies, meaning employers can refuse to hire someone based on their religion on race. Although as a party we support affirmative action, we will seek a middle ground, by banning discrimative hiring policies but not allowing positive discrimination. |
