Bill: Act to create a Capital City 2094

It is wrong that a nation the size of Indrala does not have a Capital City. We believe that one should be set up in Endaris, the largest city of the largest state, Akuzia.

MessageAs before, we support the idea of a capital city, but disagree as to the location. We would suggest that the country as a whole will benefit by moving the administrative functions away from the over-populated regions of the South-West. Spreading the key centres encourages communication and economic growth, as has been shown in many studies.

We suggest that Kigami in eastern Kathuran would be a far more beneficial choice.
