| Message | This seems to have good intentions, but the citizens of Al'Badara do not need encouragement to reproduce. It's also difficult to ignore the threat of overpopulation. I'm sure I don't have to spell it out for you, but some of the side-effects of overpopulation are a lack of essential resources, unemployment, increase in pollution, and decline in the quality of life in general. The partnership feels the level of population growth is just fine at the moment. |
