MessageHow is this a safety issue? I am proposing this as a gradual reduction of nationalized businesses, so as to promote the private sector. A privately owned company would be just as safe as a nationalized corp., but be less of a drag on the system.

MessageWhile state owned monopolies aren't problematic, as they are subject to the courts for breach of social responsibility, private monopolies can do what they like with regard to prices. We fail to see how a private monopoly is a benefit to anyone.
