Submitted by[?]: Christian Democrats
Status[?]: defeated

Voting deadline: October 2446
Description[?]:
"This legislation allows third-trimester abortions in several specific cases related to health reasons. Data has shown a high abortion rate among Keymon's minorities, and a high rate of health problems. With the passage of this law, healthy abortions will be even more accessible before to our non-Dolgarian population. This will have positive effects on crime, the economy, and our demographic situation. To make sure the benefits are not wiped out,. we propose closing our borders temporarily to all imigrants except those defined as refugees. For those purposes, this bill defines any Christian or Dolgarian as a refugee." -- Kenner Giles |
