| The right to be able to prosecute doctors for malpractice is foolish. There can be situations when the patient agrees and it is the only option available. Letting the people of Al'Badara die rather than not follow procedures is plain idiocy. Not to mention cases where an accident was made by a pressured or inexperienced doctor. These Malpractice laws will only discourage people from becoming Doctors, which can be a desperately needed profession. With that said, in the case of Death we believe the laws should still apply. |
