Date | 03:04:09, August 27, 2007 CET | From | Protectorate Party | To | Debating the Reduction of Waste |
Message | WE propose the change in the funding of public transportation, not as a power grab, rather as a chance to quickly raise the level of availability across the nation. Since we are proposing a change from individual toward public transportation we do not want to have poor coverage in any area. Once this change takes place and the infrastructure normalizes we can shift control back to the local governments to permit them to adapt to changing conditions. |
