Message | This will only make each Senator more powerful. A larger portion of people will elect one Senator, basically taking away more local interests. This is not in the interest of the people. Plus, think of how many politicians would be out of the job. This will: Put people out of a perfectly respectable job... Give more power single people and... Be less accurate at dividing power between parties. This will not help at all, as you can see. |

Message | While I have no objection to lowering the number of seats, I think by more than half is a little extreme. |

Message | 600 is too much I think because every small party comes to the senate. The senators represent little amount of people. About being out of job: CP, we are not an employment agency. We need the best ones. I hope, you will accept when there is the proposal. And Eye of Justice Party, we are appreciated that you have no objection. |

Message | I would think it would be a more accurate representation of the people for a Senator to represent a small amount than a large amount of people. A larger amount of people means more differing opinions. |
Date | 19:04:23, August 26, 2007 CET | From | Republic People Party | To | Debating the Decreasing the number of the senators |
Message | Representing a large amount of people ensures that there will be the politicians who are the best to make politics. Alorian people will think that the senate includes more powerful and intelligent senators. |
Date | 22:07:17, August 27, 2007 CET | From | Moderate Libertarian Party (NoCoalition) | To | Debating the Decreasing the number of the senators |
Message | Less representatives means each rep. has to represent more citizens than they do now. More citizens per representative actually decreases democratic representation in Aloria. This is poor, shortsighted legislation. |

Message | We have had this amount of reps since before the CP was originally founded. This is a drastic change of history. |
