Description[?]:
Biological weapons production in our country poses a threat to public health, for even with the strictest security measures, it is still possible for a deadly virus to which we have no resistance to and treatment for to escape and cause a global pandemic. To stop this, we must disarm all our stockpiles of biological weapons and merely use research to defend ourselves against any possible biological weapons threats. |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
