Description[?]:
If we wish to profit from our beautiful nature in other ways than using it for industrial raw materials, we must regulate the burden that our material needs place on flora and fauna. Many of our ecological resources can be made into tourist attractions. Hiking, biking, hunting and fishing can all be made into lively businesses. With the right choices, we can use the nature ecologically both for industrial and recreative use. Greta Harbin Ministry of Environment and Tourism |

Message | Personally, we feel that only Articles 2 and 4 can be submissable. This is somewhat already a concession to our normal positions on the environment. |

Message | We have decided to remove Article 1. At this stage, we do not believe it is possible for the parties to reach a compromise over a national forestry company. However, removing Article 3 is not possible. The only way to create a form of sustaining environmental tourism business is to regulate hunting and fishing. Unregulated hunting and fishing will create a burden on our fauna that will decrease the natural resource that the business itself relies on. |

Message | After long consideration we regret to announce that we can not support our government partners on this bill. It infringes too much on private property rights which we have long believed should be absolute or nearly so. |
