| The DSP feels that for the good of the people, that is so they know how there representatives feel, all votes, excluding those that are obvious (like voting for our national be the cock-rocket etc.), should require a mandatory explanation of why each party votes for or against it. OOC: It's really boring when there is no debate for most of the bills, and it helps in the creation of future bills if we know why bills are voted against. |

| Message | I don't find this very necessary except for RP bills. Voting for actual articles is mostly about a party's set ideology, and it is only rarely that a party will change its vote on an ideologically charged bill. But I'll support anyways, because it's a well-meaning idea that would (hopefully) increase participation. |
