MessageIf you run a business, your employees work for you. If they don't like how you do things, they're free to quit, and find a better company. that's how capitalism works.

If an emplyer is not satisfied with the people working for them, they fire them, and get better people. It would be unfair to take that right away. That is the path to communism.
