| Message | As it is, the quasi-judicial regulatory bodies are preventing the Courts from ruling on a matter of law, and restricting those harmed from negligent medical treatment from getting justice. We feel that citizens being allowed recourse to the Courts is important. |

This would mean that they would race for the most protective laws, in order to attract the greatest number of doctors. This effect would likely happen with a nationwide law, however such an effect would be less severe. |
