Message | As it is, the quasi-judicial regulatory bodies are preventing the Courts from ruling on a matter of law, and restricting those harmed from negligent medical treatment from getting justice. We feel that citizens being allowed recourse to the Courts is important. |

Message | We feel that that would have the unfortunate consequence of playing the regions against each other. This would mean that they would race for the most protective laws, in order to attract the greatest number of doctors. This effect would likely happen with a nationwide law, however such an effect would be less severe. |
