MessageThis will give children the best chance they have at a healthy and long life. It does not overly restrict the parents rights to bring up their child how they wish, by allowing defences for religious and ideological reasons. It will only criminalise parents whose only excuse is "they couldn't be bothered". Any person who cares about childhood welfare must agree with this act.

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost.

Random quote: "Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, and the soul of soulless conditions. It is the opium of the people." - Karl Marx
