MessageThis bill does not provide government with the right to seize any property. Government will only be able to seize property for the benefit of vital public works. Furthermore current legislation already compels government to pay a compensation set by the victim of the expropriation.

The PSP can not see any problem with that. But we can see a problem with the current legislation where one single landowner can halt the construction of vital infrastructure that would have been to the benefit of the entire nation.
