Bill: House of Commons Seat Increase

Description[?]:
Honestly, the only reason this bill exists is because we feel that 399 is a very strange number, and that a number ending in 5 is more aesthetically pleasing, while preventing a tie in the House of Commons. |

Message | 399 is a number close enough to a hundred value to easily calculate percentages, while 425 is reasonable i feel that the seats we have are reasonableas they are. WE will not support due to the fact that it doesn't matter that much and we just prefer saying no. |
