| We must work with our neighbors to the north, and, as President of the Cildanian Republic, ask for Parliament to accept the following Act: 1) An embassy is created in Auroria (the capital of the Selucian Empire). 2) The Selucian Empire is granted permission to build an embassy in Cildania. 3) The Selucian Empire and the Cildanian Republic will not show aggression towards one another. 4) Both nations shall combine sea patrols to secure the oceans around the CIldanian Republic and the Selucian Empire. |
