Message | It makes sense for only the large parties to propose a cabinet, otherwise we end up with a cabinet full of lots of tiny parties and nothing will get done. It's not self-destructive to vote no, because the voting system often causes coalitions between 1 big party and 1 smaller party. Small parties can be in the cabinet without proposing one. |
