| The segregation of anything is banned. Yet Homosexuals can't join the military and are in fact actively sought out and removed. Futhermore, their rights are severly cut and they are treated as untouchables. Are they not workers? Are they not children of God? Are they not...PEOPLE?! They are. Science shows it is not a choice, not a mental condition, nothing more then biological differences. Futhermore, even if it were a choice, who cares? Do Al'Badarians not have the freedom to choose? Let us end this silent Apartheid. Let us end the oppression. |

Had there been biological evidence of human beings being born with homosexuality, the PM wouldn't oppose. But seeing as how sexual orientation is directly influenced by social values, it is to our interest to remove the conditions that grant a person the necessary conditions to become homosexual. | Message | If the DN! wishes to be taken seriously in debates by the PM; you should stop naming unknown imaginary countries. What is Africa or Canada? Furthermore, the central committee of the glorious People's Mujaheddin has "coloured" members, and we will take that as an offensive remark from DN's behalf. Family values have not changed at all, and the PM is a party which seeks to highlight more power to "the family" rather than to put the values of the family into the hands of the legislative. And as said before, homosexuality-supporters have no REAL biological evidence saying there is ANYTHING which defines the sexual orientation of a person. It is proven that all people are born with sexual urges, but the orientation itself is defined by the surroundings. This much has been somewhat proved and is something we are willing to debate - and base our thesis on. This means that, according to our Marxist analysis, that we need to define what can and can't be considered a healthy sexual orientation for the sake of the progress of society and our people. Homosexuality is simply counter-productive in that term, and we will therefore oppose the legalization of it. We do not base our policies on any "religious strife" to burn infidels or whatever the DN! might think, that's the playing field of the CNF. |

There are always the hard-liners in the military that could attack a gay or lesbian just because of morality grounds. Nevertheless, we'll vote for the bill. We do believe in civil unions for gays and lesbians on the basis of insurance and pension reasons (unless there's no such thing as insurance or pensions according to the PM!). |
