WHEREAS, the Deltárska Federácia has expelled several minorities from its nation

WHEREAS, the Deltárska Federácia finds slavery to be an acceptable practice, and therefore legalized it

WHEREAS, the Deltárska Federácia has no respect for the basic freedoms given to mankind

RESOLVED, that the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria & Gao-Soto hereby withdraws all of this nation's military personnel from the Deltárska Federácia and forbids the sale of military technology to that nation for any reason without the permission of the Imperial Diet. In addition, the Dual Monarchy of Hulstria & Gao-Soto is to remain Neutral in any conflict involving the Deltárska Federácia unless the Imperial Diet passes legislation reversing that policy.
