| Message | There has been no mention of sending them to war, nor drafting them for the sole purpose of using them in a war, but they have to serve a term in one of the branches of the military upon completion of schooling. It will give more people the chance to see how the military works from the inside and give them an impression of what it\'s like. This will greatly increase the number of volunteers. |

| Message | It may surprise people to find that we feel this way, but the Neo-Epicurean Prty supports the idea of national service. It will remind the people that their citizenship carries with it obligations as well as privileges, and provide Rutanians of all classes, backgrounds, and regions with a shared experience, increasing solidarity and understanding between the people. |

| Message | The KEY word in the Neo-Epicurean's comment was "obligation" which by definition means "To FORCE." Compulsory action to do ANYTHING is the exact opposite of Freedom and "Volunteer." However, the CWFP vigorously supports massive financial incentives from the National Gov't to encourage civilian or military public service such as "loan forgiveness" etc. |
