In order to drive innovation in the defense industries we ought unbridle the current regulatory controls on these industries. Malivan policy concerning civil defense in antiquated at best, it is long past due we examine the merits of government mandated bunkers for the citizens protection. It is the view of the M.N.U.F. that such decisions should be left to local governments and not the ever expanding federal level.
