Animals are good to our citizens. But the animals they have as pets should never be endangered species. Those species should be strictly observed in zoos so we dont lose them completely. Also exotic animals should be reserved for zoos. Good Pan-Sekowan dog teacher our citizens love towards our country while foreign-born animals are a threat to our identity and unity. |

Old value:: Everyone may keep endangered animals, but the trade in, and the ownership of, endangered animals is strictly regulated by the government to prevent their extinction in the wild.
Current: Keeping endangered animals, or trading therein, is forbidden.
Proposed: Only zoos or zoological institutions are allowed to keep endangered animals; all other forms of keeping or trading in endangered animals are forbidden.
