Description[?]:
----- The State exists to serve the people, and yet there is a growing majority who cannot sustain the basic standards of living. The Phillips Trust, a charity based in Santa Alessandra has recorded a frankly staggering rise in the rate of working men unable to maintain financal independence, kips filled in doss houses and charity kitchens have also reported a rise in patronage. This would not be such an issue if we were facing rising unemployment, but in fact over the last three years unemployment rates in Hebilon have fallen by twenty-six percent, Atleast one success brought about by the current government, But less than half the growth rate of destitutes in the region. The Nation, and by extention exists to serve its population, as already stated, The economy of the nation should always count secondary to the welfare of her people. |

Message | Right to a basic standard of living? People have a right only to what they earn. The simple fact of living earns nothing. |

Message | You speak of liverty and freedom and yet you will not allow either to fluish under your reign. You see the people only as parts of the economic machine, Inhuman and valueless. The People contribute more to our nation than a thousand corporations, Without the people the economy is meaningless, and yet you only have your eyes on the money. -Pilgrim |

Message | There is no higher humanity than participation in the economic "machine". The inhuman and valueless are those who rely on welfare, for they take without participating. "The people" do not contribute more than a thousand corporations, for without the thousand corporations, the people would have no jobs. It is the capitalist who allows the worker the opportunity to work. |

Message | So you stife the small buisnessman the enturpenuer, the true fondations of capitalism with the uneducated, sickly and unhappy workforce being bred by your policies even the corporations and investors shall suffer. Would it not be finer for the industrial machine to work for the betterment of the Nation, the majority rather than the financal few. -Pilgrim |

Message | Liberty and freedom mean freedom from government and criminal force, not freedom from reality. No such thing as a free lunch :) |

Message | It is the Leage who have abandoned reality. A society run in the interests of the market without any safeguards destabilitises and cannot last. Under the current policies the quality of the work will fail, the workforce diminish and nation tetter on economic collapse. There can be no progress under the heavily restricted and regulated society under which we now live, These regulations are set by Finance and not by the government elected by the people for the people. You have opened the doors, not to liberty, but to tyrrany by anothers hand. If this continues the Republic will no longer be the government, as the nation will be divied and governed by Finance and we will just be the puppet show, Powerless and irrevant opering in the shadow of the dictatorship of Finance. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
