Bill: Religious Institutions Reform Act of 2454

Details

Submitted by[?]: Vanuku Corporate Alliance

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2455

Description[?]:

It is high time we rid Vanuku of the influence of religion.

Why must we do this? Religion is completely incompatible with the VFA vision for Vanuku! Religion calls for a strong central authority and not devolved local decision making that we federalists adore.

If we do not curb the spread of anti-government religious messages, our very sovereignty is at stake! Imagine a day when a priest, rabbi, or sardar phones up top party leaders and demand they vote to overturn the rights of Vanukans to watch pornography, carry firearms, or surf the internet at work instead of actually working. Could this be happening already?

Join with the VFA and pass this bill!
