| This bill aims to streamline, organize, and simplify the Executive Branch of Government of the Commonwealth of Rutania by doing the following: (1) Stipulates that ONLY the "Head of State" can propose a National Cabinent and he/she chairs that cabinet accordingly as to prevent the quagmire of EVERY SINGLE PARTY (and their mama) of proposing a cabinent coalition. (2) Head of State IS the Head of Government who chairs the cabinent. "I give you a REPUBLIC....If you can KEEP it."---Benjamin Franklin, Beloved Abassador by the people of France. (3) Changes the name of the Head of Government from "Prime Minister" to "President." Thank you for your full support. |

| Message | Seperation of Powers? Are you KIDDING me(LOL)??? The President/Prime Minister cannot even "sign" or "VETO" legislation proposed by the Legislation. There are no "separation of powers" in this game. Nevertheless, my bill makes the Executive Branch much "more efficent" by centralizing authority. However, do NOT misinterpret me. I did not submit this bill as a personal "power grab" to me, but originally submitted it when the Radical parites of the Vox Popularis and Robots came to power. If we change the law, it would benefit WHOEVER is in the "Chair." |
