| We cannot let incompetent parents raise their children. PSFF proposes a test that all would-be parents must take and those who fail, will have to give their upcoming children for the state to be raised. |

| Message | Plato's Republicans agree with our colleagues in the DSP. Any test can be circumvented, save the true test of time. Besides, consider this: if we require qualifications for parents and, somehow, people go along with it and only those who qualify breed, what will that do to our population? It will begin a terrific downward spiral until we have a nation of half the population it once was. This bill's aims and its means seem to be contradictory to us. |
