MessageHow can a test measure if you're fit to be a parent or not? This is ridiculous. People are going to have intercourse whether they've taken an exam or not. This measure would overcrowd our orphanages needlessly, and it certainly doesn't improve our civil liberties.

MessageRaising kids is a very timeconsuming activity and too many parents are, quite frankly, wasting their time raising their kids the wrong way. These kids, no matter how gifted, are doomed to be criminals and delinquents for the rest of their lives because their parents scarred them to be such. It's simply horrible.

However, the other laws are not interesting to us.
