ARTICLES OF THE TREATY: 0. Passage of a bill with the Treaty terms shall be deemed a ratification of said Treaty. Amendments may be proposed and will be ratified if both nations pass a bill to the effect of the amendment. 1. Free trade shall be promoted from henceforth between signatory nations. 2. Signatory nations shall never attack one another. Signatory nations shall respect the sovereignty of their fellow nation's military. 3. Citizens may enjoy free travel between the borders of signatory nations. However, reasonable limits may be imposed on immigration. 4. With the hosting Head of Government's permission, representatives of political parties may engage in free debate in the legislature of signatory nations. 5. Signatory nations may engage in free information exchange. Note: This was a treaty sent to me, to propose in these halls, by a representative of Baltusia , who is also offering this Treaty to Lodamun, Gaduridos, Valruzia and have already worked out a similar agreement with Tukarali |

Message | As it is not clear: you are not signing this treaty with Gaduridos. You are signing this treaty with Baltusia. Baltusia has made the same, but independent to this, agreement with Gaduridos. There should be no conflict. You may continue to wage war. |
