| Message | Wild animals can be dangerous and unpredictable. Ensuring that one cannot escape does nothing to protect those inside the residence. Additionally, requiring that they be safely restrained does not mean that they will never escape. Imagine if an adult bear escaped into a crowded urban area. We do not support this bill. |
