| We believe that it is wise for the state of Kazulia to have a military and a police force working together. As well we believe it is also good experience and gives all Kazulian citizens a choice of skills if they participate in one or the other at least in one tour of duty. |

Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term of civilian national service.

| Message | We simply cannot waste our citizens on a task as utterly meaningless to the advancement of our nation as military service! Those citizens you coerce into being soldiers, or force to take lesser pay to be a mere civilian servant, could be doing something productive, like working. I'd rather have our people producing goods or services that actually benefit our nation than forcing them to waste their talents in the military. I'm also suspicious of allowing the military to intervene with police matters, if only because "serious emergencies" is a very vague term. |
