MessageGambling should be legal in private homes and casinos with special licenses but how is the government supposed to distinguish between a couple of guys playing poker in their home or guys who don't know each other paired up to gamble. This could cause problems. Solution is keep the old law.

MessageThe law is for people in their own homes, not for ppeople who necessarily know each other. Familiarity with other players is of no conbcern here, only the scaler and location.

If someone were to grow big enough to extend beyoind that,. their size would draw the attntion of authorities, and it could be dealt with.

We see no problem at all with this proposal.
